What kind of music is at RiverSong?
This outdoor music festival is the only festival to showcase Minnesota originals – artists, bands and songs. Hear lively, innovative sounds of blues, rock, indie, country, Americana and more.
Over 15 bands that provide an eclectic lineup that appeals to all ages and musical passions, you’ll definitely find some new favorites! Learn more.
I bought a ticket online, do I get a printed ticket?
No, you will be on a list at the gate, similar to will call ticket pickup. You do not need to bring along a physical ticket.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
Yes, there are tickets available for purchase at the gate.
Are there discounted tickets for kids?
Yes, kids 14 years of age and younger are free when accompanied by a paid adult.
Where is RiverSong Music Festival located?
RiverSong is held in the Masonic/West River Park, 1003 Les Kouba Pkwy NW in Hutchinson, MN. When using Google Maps, please search for Sanctuary for an accurate entrance location.
What should I bring with to RiverSong?
Chairs, blanket, bug spray, sunscreen, refillable water bottle, money for food and beverages, and your love of music!
Do I have to pay for parking?
No, free on-site parking is available during the festival. Plus, free on-site bike check is available if you prefer to ride your bike!
Is there Handicapped Parking?
Yes, there are Handicapped Parking spots marked at the front of the parking lot.
Is camping allowed?
Yes, there are reservable tent and limited RV spaces located next to the festival, along with a number of area campgrounds. Reservations fill up early, so make sure you book in advance. Learn more on the Camping & Lodging page of our website.
Is there a hotel within walking/biking distance?
Yes, hundreds of affordable hotel rooms and camping sites are available at and around RiverSong. Visit the Camping & Lodging page of our website for a full list of options. Check out Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce website for more information about Hutchinson.
Can I bring in alcohol?
No, but a variety of beer and alcohol is available for purchase.
Is drinking water provided?
Yes, water is provided. Bring a water bottle to refill.
Can I bring a water bottle?
Yes, but it needs to be empty. Your water bottle can be filled with drinking water free of charge.
Are coolers or outside food allowed?
No, You are not allowed to bring in coolers, food or beverages. There are a variety of food and beverage vendors on site providing delicious options to purchase. Drinking water is provided free of charge, just bring a refillable water bottle.
Is there wine and beer served?
Yes, a variety of alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, including wine from both Crow River Winery and Jomas Winery.
What food is served?
There are numerous food trucks and stands serving food options that appeal to a variety of tastes.
What bands are performing?
You’ll find a list of the bands performing on the Bands page of our website once they are confirmed.
Can I bring a pet?
No, pets are not allowed at RiverSong, but service animals are welcome.
How are bugs?
The park is sprayed for bugs, but you can bring bug spray along as you may still notice some dependent on the weather conditions at this riverside music festival.
Can I bring a bag into the festival?
Yes, but bags will be searched upon festival entry.
Can I leave a chair setup at each stage?
Yes, find your favorite spot at each stage, setup your chair or blanket and travel from stage to stage to enjoy the music!
Is this a kid-friendly event?
Yes, RiverSong has games and activities that kids can play, the park includes a playground, and there is plenty of room to run (and dance!). Plus, kids 14 years of age and younger are free when accompanied by a paid adult.
Will I get a chance for autographs from performers?
Yes, most performers are available to sign merchandise after their set. A selfie station is set up next to the Merchandise Pavilion.
Is there an ATM on site?
No, we don’t have an ATM on site, but we do recommend Home State Bank, which is directly across from the festival event entrance.
