RiverSong Music Festival Camping Policies

RiverSong Music Festival Camping Policies:

  1. Camping refund policy: Refunds, minus a $10 service fee per site, will be given with a 2-week notice. Cancellations less than 2-weeks will be charged entire stay.

“We don’t charge for sunshine, and we don’t refund for bad weather.”

  1. All individuals staying at the campsite must have valid current year RiverSong Festival tickets.
    • Everyone 15 and older in your party MUST purchase a ticket.
  2. Check-in/out: Thursday, 2:00 pm – Sunday, 12:00 pm.
    • All TOWED TRAILERS AND FIFTH WHEELS: Must have a vehicle capable of towing and/or moving said unit out of the reserved site and/or park throughout the rental period.
  3. Maximum of 2 vehicles per site.
    • Tent sites: NO parking on grass
  4. A maximum of SIX people per site. Up to two tents OR one tent and one wheeled camping unit (RV, trailer, pop-up, etc.) per site.
  5. Showers are located at the bathroom near the boat landing. (west end of park)
    • Bathrooms are also the severe weather shelter.
  6. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Do NOT chain pets to the trees!
  7. Pets will not be allowed within the gated festival area.
  8. Fires must be contained in city-provided rings.
    • Firewood cannot be brought into the campground or collected from park grounds.
    • Certified State approved firewood is available to purchase at nearby convenient stores.
  9. Place separated garbage in the appropriate receptacles or dumpster (next to the dump station).
    • Do not leave garbage in the restroom, fire ring, or at the site.
  10. Please keep your campsite orderly—leave it cleaner than you found it.
  11. No burning of garbage in fire pit.
  12. Fireworks of any kind are not allowed within the park.
  13. Campers will be held responsible for damages to the campsite.
  14. Do not leave valuables unattended.
  15. Quiet time from midnight until 8 am during the festival.

RiverSong has the right to remove anyone who does not comply with rules.
