The following committees are currently having a great time planning for RiverSong! These are active committees that value the participation of committee members in order to get the festival projects done in time for the festival. Fundraising Committee Chair, Kris Haag
Responsibilities: Applying for grants, finding sponsors, developing budgets, & allocating resources.
Marketing Committee Chair, Valerie Mackenthun
Responsibilities: Developing branding and marketing materials, placing advertising, & public relation efforts.
Site & Security Committee Co-Chairs, Pat May and John Rodeberg
Responsibilities: Working with city departments and local businesses to plan locations and security for events
Technology Committee Chair, Mark Hanneman and Joel Sturges
Responsibilities: Coordinating lighting, staging, electrical, & technical needs of the festival.
Talent Committee Chair, Betsy Price
Responsibilities: Securing all music and arts entertainment for the festival.
Hospitality Committee Chair, Brenda Sandquist
Responsibilities: Coordinating accommodations, ticketing, transportation, & festival communications.
Operations Committee Chair, Ronny Wilson
Responsibilities: Coordinating camping, ticketing, & vendors for the festival.
