On-Site Camping
Camping is always a fun way to experience the festival! Limited on-site camping is available during the festival weekend at the Masonic/West River Park!
To ensure you get a space, we recommended reserving your space in advance!
Specific Camping information and reservations for the 2013 festival are available through the ticket purchase section of this website, or by contacting us using this contact form.
Here are the general details:
R.V. Sites - $30 per night
- All individuals staying at campsite must have valid 2013 RiverSong Festival tickets.
- Spaces may be reserved. If you reserve a site for Thursday, you will receive a printable camping pass. This pass must be placed in the driver's side window of your vehicle. For campers checking in on Friday or Saturday, please stop at the Welcome Tent and you will be directed to your site (no camping pass necessary).
- Available Thursday, July 18th after 2:00 pm - Sunday, July 21st before 12:00 pm.
- Maximum 12 units available. For safety reasons, tents are not allowed on RV sites.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site. Please keep vehicles off of the grassy areas.
- Fires in rings only.
- Severe weather shelter is the bathroom near boat landing.
- Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Do NOT chain pets to the trees!
- Quiet time from midnight until 8 am during the festival.
- RiverSong has the right to remove anyone who does not comply with rules.
Tent/Pop-up area with Electricity - $20 per night
- All individuals staying at campsite must have valid 2013 RiverSong Festival tickets.
- Spaces may be reserved. If you reserve a site for Thursday, you will receive a printable camping pass. This pass must be placed in the driver's side window of your vehicle. For campers checking in on Friday or Saturday, please stop at the Welcome Tent and you will be directed to your site (no camping pass necessary).
- Available Thursday, July 18th after 2:00 pm - Sunday, July 21st before 12:00 pm.
- Maximum of 6 tents or pop-ups available. No R.V.'s allowed in tent area.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site. Must park on gravel road. Do not drive on paved trail.
- Fires must be contained in rings. Do not leave valuables unattended.
- Quiet time from midnight until 8 am during the festival.
- Showers are located within the gated festival area. Use will be limited to the hours of 7:00 am - 2 pm on Friday, July 20th and 7:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday, July 21st. Please check in at the ticket gate to access the showers.
- Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Pets will not be allowed within the gated festival
- RiverSong reserves the right to remove anyone who does not comply with rules.
"Rustic" Tent Sites - $10 per site
- All individuals staying at campsite must have valid 2013 RiverSong Festival tickets.
- Spaces may be reserved. If you reserve a site for Thursday, you will receive a printable camping pass. This pass must be placed in the driver's side window of your vehicle. For campers checking in on Friday or Saturday, please stop at the Welcome Tent and you will be directed to your site (no camping pass necessary).
- Available Thursday, July 18th after 2:00 pm - Sunday, July 21st before 12:00 pm. -Maximum of 25 tents or pop-up spaces available. No R.V.'s or pop-ups with generators allowed in tent area.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site.
- Electricity is not available in Rustic Camping area.
- No fires are allowed in rustic camping area. Do not leave valuables unattended.
- Quiet time from midnight until 8 am during the festival.
- Showers are located within the gated festival area. Use will be limited to the hours of 7:00 am - 2 pm on Friday, July 20th and 7:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday, July 21st. Please check in at the ticket gate to access the showers.
