RiverSong Planning Committees
The following committees are currently having a great time planning for RiverSong 2012! These are active committees that value the participation of committee members in order to get the festival projects done in time for the July 2012 festival dates. Fundraising
Committee Chair: Karen Grasmon
Responsibilities: Applying for grants, finding sponsors, developing budgets, and allocating resources.
Marketing
Committee Chair: Megan Peterson
Responsibilities: Developing branding and marketing materials, placing advertising, & public relation efforts.
Site & Security
Committee Chair: John Rodeberg
Responsibilities: Working with city departments and local businesses to plan locations and security for events
Technology
Committee Chair: Mark Hanneman
Responsibilities: Coordinating lighting, staging, electrical, and technical needs of the festival.
Talent

Responsibilities: Securing all music and arts entertainment for the festival.
Guest Relations/Hospitality

Responsibilities: Coordinating accommodations, ticketing, transportation, and festival communications.
